The Fairy’s Forest – January 4th, 2007
These woods you enter carry secrets deep
Only enter if you think you can keep
The wonder and beauty safe in your hands
So few delicate forests grace our lands.
The Fairy Guardian awaits at the gate
Only looking for those who have faith
To restore the magic and help create
A woodland green with a splendid fate.

Story Time – December 6th, 2006
Nestled up against a tree
Together sit a group of three
They may be small but friends are thee
Snail, mouse, and the Forest Fairy.
The Forest Fairy reads a tale
Of magic, love, and ships that sail
Across the sea to lands unknown
A place so very far from home.
Mouse imagines a field of wheat
Snail dreams of gardens sweet
And Forest Fairy reads some more
To her friends upon the forest floor.
With every word images spark
Thoughts of moonlight and shadows at dark
All have different pictures inside
Their imaginations have come alive.
The Forest Fairy closes her book
Sits up, stretches, and takes a look
Her friends are now off in dreams
Of twinkling stars and crystal streams.

The Fairy Necklace – November 29th, 2006
Very rare to find a jewel
Made of webs and drops of dew
Specially made for those with wings
Who dance around and love to sing
What beautiful treasures you will find
If you slow down and take the time
Admire natures wonderous gifts
And not the kind on your Christmas list

The Fairy Wand – November 22nd, 2006
Drops of dew on twigs from trees
Softly dripping from the leaves
The sun will light this glittering gem
To hopefully soon be found by Them
This tiny tree twig and drop of dew
Have once been found by a curious few
They snap the twig and fly away
A new Fairy wand has been made today

Never Fairies – October 30th, 2006
They spring from flowers, tree to tree
Spreading dust along the breeze
Twinkling, sparkling, dazzling wings
They dance in circles and love to sing
Off they fly to Pixie Hollow
Fun and games are soon to follow
Clap your hands and just believe
That’s all a Never Fairy needs!

Wonders of Light – October 26th, 2006
What’s that warmth pouring through the trees?
It’s golden yellow and covers the leaves.
The dark woods are brighter and nobody’s afraid
Out from their nests and hollows comes a Fairy parade
One curious Fairy stares up at the sun
She wonders where is that light coming from?
Not from the fireflies or from the moon light
It’s something you never see out at night
Her skin feels warm and she’s happy inside
Looks up at the sun and takes to the sky
She dances on sun beams and golden sun rays
Thankful for life and the dawn of each day

Fairy Dreams – October 13th, 2006
Walk with me down the garden path
Fairy friends come out to laugh
They dance and sing their merry tune
Underneath the bright blue moon
Sit upon the mushroom tops
Sip on sweetened rainbow drops
Join the circle dancing fast
This moment is too good to last
Flutes and pipes play music sweet
For flying festive fairy feet
Bluebells ring with sounds so clear
Fairy music for all to hear
Welcome here one and all
Off we fly to the Fairy Ball
Tuck your wings and dust your feet
You’re in for one magical treat
Cakes and honey everywhere
Be polite and always share
Everyone has come tonight
Fawn, rabbit, and all the field mice
Find a partner don’t be shy
Off your feet and into the sky
Dancing, flying, and being free
That’s how life should always be
Alas the fun must end so soon
Follow the path lit by the moon
That leads you home straight to your bed
Tonight your dreams stay in your head
Waking you hear the morning bird’s song
Memories of Fairy seem so far gone
One thing to know so the memories don’t leave
Never say never and always believe

The Frost Fairy – October 10th, 2006
In early dawn the light pours in
Surrounding with mist and glowing my skin
Dancing with shimmering lights I see
The Frost Fairy glides so delicately
Jump to my feet I clench with cold
The ground feels like winter, ice, and snow
Cover my feet and tip toe away
Through the frost covered window I see a new day
All are busy and bustling about
Mole, mouse, fox, toad, and stout
For fall will fade without a sound
The blanket of white will cover the ground
The Frost Fairy tucks the flowers in bed
Freezes the puddles and the spider web threads
The warning is given and soon all shall sleep
Nestled in burrows, oak trees, and creeks
And when day is done I return home to dream
Moon beams and star light shine down on me
A night filled with songs that cold winds will carry
Winter is here thanks to The Frost Fairy

The Fairy Girl – October 5th, 2006
Golden rays peek through the trees
Follow the path of fallen leaves
To softly lay upon the ground
Listening closely to the sounds
The robin chirps a merry tune
Mouse and mole come out at noon
One more visiter has arrived
The Fairy Girl sits nearby
She smiles gently at her friends
No need to hide or to defend
Her love for all is clearly shown
The Fairy Girl feels at home
